DartX (“the app”, “we”) is a mobile game developed and operated by an independent developer (“the developer”) and published on the Apple App Store.

We do not require an account, login, email, or any personally identifiable information to play DartX. All gameplay progress (level stars, dart unlocks, preferences) is stored locally on your device only.

On iOS, the app displays Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt the first time it launches. You may change your choice at any time via iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → DartX.
DartX is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for general audiences. However, the app contains advertising provided by Google AdMob. We have configured AdMob's content rating to Teen (T) as a maximum, so adult content will not be served.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided information to us through the app, contact us at mernmania@gmail.com and we will work to remove it.
